Background

Geocrest Group is an Engineering Consulting firm that provides services to clients in and across Africa. We are
committed to protecting the personal information you share with us during our business engagements. This Privacy
Notice provides clarity on how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information. At Geocrest we process
data in line with the Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) of Ghana and, where applicable, other jurisdictional data
protection laws.
We process personal information either as a data controller when we collect the data directly, or as a data processor on
behalf of our clients and other third party, acting only on their instructions.

How do we obtain your personal data?
